License Agreements

NOTE: ALL AGREEMENTS ARE CURRENTLY BEING UPDATE. Please contact CMLA if you are interested.

CMLA has created legal agreements that establish the CMLA trust model.    Companies execute the pertinent agreement that coincides with the intended Adopter role(s)

Key provisions of the legal agreements include:

  • Key, certificate, and technology licensing
  • Compliance and robustness obligations (fundamental to all implementations)
  • Key revocation procedures
  • Continual evaluation and migration to newer versions of the OMA specifications
  • Adoption of material specifications
  • Third party beneficiary rights (injunctive relief)

There are specific addenda for the Client Adopter and Service Provider for implementing Ultraviolet™ and Mobile Broadcast services
